In the Season 2 premier we show how the Philippine tragedy affects everyone, even the flatland community. The new issue of A.R.T. is examined and we dig right into the recent announcement of Martti Kuoppa’s retirement with an interview with the man himself.
Hear from Martti on the decision, riders that influenced him as well as some big news for JungleRider and FlatWebTV for 2012.
Finally, we take a look at some of our favorite Martti edits and throw the challenge to you to post your favorites on facebook.com/flatwebtv.

BiKETOBEERFEST 2011
We were meant to do a demo this past weekend at BiKETOBEERFEST but got completely rained out. Some good did come of the day though. There was plenty of great beer to drink and Joe won the Huffy Toss competition. Here’s a photo of Joe with his prize and the bike he tossed. It was an epic throw. The cones show the distance he threw that thing. Nice one Joe.
Happy Birthday and Goodbye Patrick
Happy birthday Patrick.
It is with a heavy heart that we bid a fond farewell to Patrick this weekend. He is leaving Portland for pastures new. Of course we wish him the very best on his adventure but we will really miss him at the lot. I have had some great sessions with him there and at the bar.
If you are in town and would like to celebrate with him and say your goodbyes head down to Yurs tonight around 8pm.
Best of luck to you Patrick. You my friend are a gentleman and a scholar!
Happy Birthday Patrick
