The NW Vintage BMX show happened this weekend in Vancouver, WA.
Jared Souney was there and snapped some great photos. You can check them out over at his blog.
Shad also posted some nice photos on the Goods BMX blog.
Looks like a great event that was well attended. I hope I can make it out there next year.

I love a good bike check. MacNeil Bikes posted a bike check of Travis Collier’s latest ride. Cool looking bike and great photos.
Jump over to the MacNeil site to check it out.
If you are not familiar with Travis and his riding. Here’s his section from Same Thing Daily.

As anyone who knows me will tell you I love BMX cruisers. This week I see that S&M have released a 24″ version of the Dirt Bike frame and Sunday continue their cruiser journey with an updated version of the Model C, the Wave C. Both of these frames look awesome.
Anyone want to send me one so I can test it?
You can get more info about these frames at the links below:

Bret’s One Wheeler/Unbike

Bret probably has one of the nicest one wheelers out there. He loves this thing and it is so fun to watch him bust out on it. Bret and his one wheeler will be at the jam on Saturday. Come out, watch him kill it and then have a go yourself.
Here’s what he had to say about his pride and joy:
“I remember reading the comic strip called “BC” when I was a kid. One of the caveman characters rode around town on a stone wheel with a stick through it. Who knew that years later I’d build my own version? Anyway here are the specs for my one wheeler:”

Ya know I have had a lot of bikes over the years but never really had one that I really loved when I ride it. Most of the bikes that I have had have always been built from all the parts that I had laying around and not something that was built up the way I really wanted. For me this is the bike that I have always wanted to build but just couldn’t because of one reason or another. When I pick up this bike and pedal off for my first combo I can’t help but smile.
